With the number of new chemicals being used in the market and the identification of new health effects, ways to ensure worker safety is prominently being regulated. In meeting with these regulatory requirements, we are also assuring product safety.

On October 31, 2017, California Cleaning Product Right to Know Act of 2017 was signed into law. The intent of this is to provide consumers and workers with ingredient information that encourages informed purchasing decisions and reduces public health impacts. Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc. complies with this regulation by providing the following information on our products in addition to required information on our product labels. The ingredients in our products are compared to the chemicals on the DESIGNATED LIST.

Following is description of the ten-character format (abbbccccdd) packaging code found on individual package and its carton,

multiple-unit packs and shipping containers:

Year code (a): one digit (0-9) indicating the

year of manufacture (e.g., “1” for 2001 or 2011)

Date of Production code (bbb): three-digit

Julian calendar date(001-365, 366 for Leap Years;

e.g., “218” for August 6, or “219” for August 6 in Leap Year)

Plant code (cccc)

Code for batch # or line # or similar identification (dd)
